To apply, take two pearl-sized amounts on your fingertips and them on your cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, and neck. Then, gently spread it outwards from the center.

Focus on areas with wrinkles to achieve a smoother appearance. Finally, use the palm of your hand to gently press and hold your skin, ensuring it adheres seamlessly.

Paeonia Lactiflora is a precious natural remedy employed not only in traditional Chinese medicine but also as a valuable beauty ingredient. Tsukuba Botan Garden, under the stewardship of a dedicated 'soil craftsman,' nurtures Paeonia Lactiflora organically, devoid of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Within the Paeonia Lactiflora root lies paeoniflorin, known to stimulate the production of HSP70, a self-healing protein. Extracts painstakingly derived through experimentation are harnessed to address skin tone and blemishes.

Secret of development
When it was first released, Premium UV Base had a texture similar to that of a foundation, but in 2021, we revised the product in order to provide a more comfortable daily UV protection, aiming for a fresh feel.
Achieving the balance of a fresh feel, UV protection, and formulation stability was quite difficult. We had numbers of failures and trial runs reached nearly 100. Finally, we managed to develop a light and easy-to-use product, the upgraded Premium UV Base.
It is water-repellent and sweat- and water-resistant, but also designed to be washable with soap. The fresh feeling of the product is also designed to be compatible with the Premium Lotion and Essence. We hope you will enjoy daily care by using the series.
Q&A
Q. Do I need to use it only when I put make up on?
A. It is also recommended to use when you do not apply makeup or when you do not go out. Even indoors, ultraviolet rays can enter through Windows. Unknowingly exposed uv rays accumulate and cause spots and wrinkles, so it is very important to take precautions against uv rays throughout the year. The unique new ingredient "reduct powder" properly protects the skin from not only ultraviolet rays but also external stimuli, so please use it every day.
Q. Is cleansing necessary even when I only wear UV base and not make up?
A. It is strong against sweat and sebum and has high adhesion, so please use cleanser. It is recommended to use a "balm type cleanser" that removes makeup and foundation without rubbing the skin.
Q. At the beginning of use, a clear liquid came out.
A. Due to its nature, a small amount of clear liquid may appear when you start using it or when you do not use it for a long time. However, clear liquid is an emollient component and does not affect the quality or effect.
